19 06 2012

it’s about time to pull the biggest thorn in my heart…

let go of the past and move toward the future. focus on traversing the path…

the path to the “purpose driven life…”

i have done it and the Holy Spirit says, good job…

If its God’s Will, It Will Be Done!

…Touching Base, In Accordance to God’s Divine Plan

12 06 2012

By God’s Grace, A Blessed Good Day!

I am humbled to inform that this action to touch base is in accordance with the calling by the Grace of Our Lord God to mutually work together towards the uplipment of life for the present and future welfare of the humankind…

Long time before, I had heard about Sir John Templeton as a Great Investor and Philantropist, but to admit rightly so, I only get to study further about His life-works after the Divine Omnipresence had directed me to do so.

As I have learned and realized, the life-works of Sir John Templeton is vey much similar to the path that i am traversing now.. the path to “Great Stewardship of God’s Wealth.” The path that had been made clear with the wonderful insights and manifestations that the Holy Spirit had been giving me in my life.

I believe there is more to be done whilst the heavenly voice spoke and instructed me, to get in touch to your graceful organization. The voice tells, that together, if we work by the Divinely Directed Purpose, shall achieve more than we ever imagined possible as a separate entity.

It is Willed and it will be done! For the glorious fruition of our journey ahead… the upliftment of life for all mankind… to the fulfillment of God’s Glory!

. . P.S.

I am taking the opportunity to present my life-works, written and documented here on my blogsites (My life, My Passion, My Investing…)

It is instructed by the Holy Spirit that I am to hear from you, in God’s most opportune time.

If it’s God’s Will, It Will be Done.

‘The Lord’s Master Plan’

11 06 2012

I Take The Initiative, thru annointment of the Holy Spirit, To Promote Self as …. God’s Steward of Wealth!!

” That everyone may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all his toil–this is the gift of God.” Ecc 3:13“Moreover, when God gives any man wealth and possessions, and enables him to enjoy them, to accept his lot and be happy with his work—this is a gift of God.” Ecc 5:19

With me are riches and honor, enduring wealth and prosperity. My fruit is better than fine gold; what I yield surpasses choice silver.” Proverbs 8: 18,19

So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own? (Luke 16:11-12).

Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful (1 Corinthians 4:2).

  • And so We Must …

  • Be used Powerfully so that Our life be set as an example and a living testament, taking Inspiration from the Promise of Our Lord God..
  • Act and Build A Network of Like Minded Fellows of Men and Women, driven by common desire to achieve Abundant Wealth and Living A Good Life Praise-worthy of God,
  • Gather and Combine the God-given talents and resources, dedicate it into building a fortress of wealth generating ventures that will equally benefit all the God’s Flock,
  • The generated wealth shall be dedicated in Creating a Living Community that is focused on One Common Goal…
  • “To Live A Life Filled with Enjoyment and Pleasure On a Nature Centered Atmosphere, A Life that Will Be Dedicated to Service and Worship Of God”

… We are being called upon to ACT NOW! Let’s join hands and witness the manifestations of God’s Plans…

‘stewardship of God’s Wealth

Deuteronomy 8:11-18

New International Version (NIV)

11 Be careful that you do not forget   the Lord your God, failing to observe his commands, his laws and his decrees that I am giving you this day. 12 Otherwise, when you eat and are satisfied, when you build fine houses and settle down, 13 and when your herds and flocks grow large and your silver and gold increase and all you have is multiplied, 14 then your heart will become proud and you will forget   the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. 15 He led you through the vast and dreadful wilderness,   that thirsty and waterless land, with its venomous snakes   and scorpions. He brought you water out of hard rock. 16 He gave you manna   to eat in the wilderness, something your ancestors had never known,   to humble and test   you so that in the end it might go well with you. 17 You may say to yourself, “My power and the strength of my hands   have produced this wealth for me.” 18 But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth,  and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.

‘Sir John Templeton – Great Steward of God’s Wealth

10 06 2012

John Marks Templeton was an investor and mutual fund pioneer.

He was born in the town of Winchester, Tennessee, and attended Yale University and was selected for membership in the Elihu society. He financed a portion of his tuition by playing poker, a game at which he excelled.[2] He graduated in 1934 near the top of his class. He attended Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar and earned an M.A. in law.

Templeton married Judith Folk in 1937, and the couple had three children: John Jr., Anne, and Christopher. Judith died in February 1951 in a motorbike accident. He remarried, to Irene Reynolds Butler in 1958; she died in 1993.

He was a lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church. He served as an elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Englewood (NJ). He was a trustee on the board of Princeton Theological Seminary, the largest Presbyterian seminary, for 42 years and served as its chair for 12 years.

Templeton became a billionaire by pioneering the use of globally diversified mutual funds. His Templeton Growth, Ltd. (investment fund), established in 1954, was among the first who invested in Japan in the middle of the 1960s. He is noted for, during the Depression of the 1930’s, buying 100 shares of each NYSE listed company which was then selling for less than $1 a share ($17 today) (104 companies, in 1939), later making many times the money back when USA industry picked up as a result of WWII.

In 2006 he was listed in a 7-way tie for 129th place on the Sunday Times’s “Rich List“. He rejected technical analysis for stock trading, preferring instead to use fundamental analysis. Money magazine in 1999 called him “arguably the greatest global stock picker of the century”.

Templeton renounced his U.S. citizenship in 1964, thus avoiding U.S. over $100 million in income taxes when he sold his international investment fund. He had dual naturalized Bahamian and British citizenship and lived in the Bahamas.

Sir John Marks Templeton (November 29, 1912 – July 8, 2008) was an American-born British stock investor, businessman and philanthropist.
