Eagle Has Landed!!

…for the 4th accommodation shifting, the EAGLE had finally landed on a HIgh Perch!! … at the 17th Floor Of Sky NEt Bldg, TCA ABu Dhabi…. Excited to do plenty of things already. Nice spacious room with attached balcony terrace that offers plenty of activities to be done. gardening is an awesome bonus on top of the sports routines, plus some occasional roast grills with a beer or two. cheers!! Life is Good! God Is Great! All the Time!

6/03/14 Bike Base Done: 1.50Hrs (4laps@7.50kM/lap=30km)
6/02/14 BASE PREPARATION FOR BIKE RUN BEGINS!
Started Tonight with 40mins easy run. will build 10% increase weekly until base reached 2hrs! Will start with BIKE Base @ 1.50Hrs.

5/31/14
End of the Month Round-up.
The GOAL of Swimming +1500m had been ACHIEVED!
On bad days, distance swam = +1200m
ON Best Day = +2500m!!
Average = +1600m! with few seconds breather in between.
In a couple of weeks, I will be able to swim > 1500m without breathers.
Nose Irritation is slowly improving including the swim techniques… which mean less fatigue over long distance.
Next Months game plane, put more focus on BASE PREP’n for bike and run phase plus some PLYOMETRICS.
At the same time put more improvement on Swim distance up to 3Km in a couple of months time!
I am getting there slowly but surely 🙂
Next to follow, the MANIFESTATION OF THE SWIM GOAL REWARD 🙂

AM (~730H)
Swim; low tide swim outside the line barrier.
Employed the new swim technique courtesy of Total Immersion and I found it really worked and less tiring!
DID:  4-300m full laps, 1-300m broken laps, cumulative=+1500m! Some drawback with nose exhale irritation while coursing thru the head waves, and I really needed the nose cap 😦  I had to jog back to start line to avoid swimming against the waves.
Try for some improvement tomorrow! 🙂

shifting nest…

the first nest that thy eagle had set wings for the past 5mos had proven to be no longer that warm and accommodating… thus the need to fly and look for a slightly better one is a must… and I do found one.

tonight, i’m 90% done with the shift. here’s hoping to settle down longer than the previous one.

all this happens for the need to have a better and better of life’s experience.

Realizable Program: Lose 1.5~2.00kg/month

Realizable Duration = 5months!!





Weigh-in results… a month after

START <link> = 85.60kg

End (April 30 2014) = 84.50kg

RESULT = 1.10kg ( 2.42 lbs.) Loss! Only that much?

oh well… need to double the effort on fat burning and diet control
